Hurricane Ian Prescription Information
Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the hurricane. We are ready to assist you and make sure you get your medication without delay. Optum Home Delivery is not experiencing any delays in receiving or shipping prescriptions. However, carrier delays may occur in impacted areas and you can check your order status at optumrx.com.
If you are able to receive shipments at the address we have on file, your order will ship as planned.
If you need to fill your home delivery or retail pharmacy prescription and you expect to be at a temporary address, please follow the steps below:
• For those eligible for a home delivery refill in the next seven days: Log into optumrx.com, click on “my profile”, scroll down and click on “my addresses” and add a new shipping address. In addition, you can also call the number on your member ID card to place your order and provide your temporary address for shipping.
• For a prescription on auto-refill with an order that will ship within seven days: Log into optumrx.com, click on “my profile”, scroll down and click on “my addresses” and add a new shipping address. In addition, you can also call the number on your member ID card.
